Most mid-size buildings need 2 to 3 visits a week. Lobbies and elevators are cleaned every visit, while stairwells and amenity rooms are often weekly. We set the schedule with you after the walkthrough.
Yes. Equipment, cleaning products and common-area garbage liners are included. Washroom paper and soap can be supplied by the strata or by us at cost.
