De-hoarding & Clutter Support

A client decides where an item goes while a Cleenix team member supports him with Keep, Donate and D

Client-led sorting • Clutter removal • Donation drop-offs • Deep cleaning • Safe pathways restored

Hoarding is a recognized mental health condition, not a personal failing. We work gradually and at your pace, with respect for your attachment to your belongings. You decide what stays, what is donated and what goes. Nothing leaves without your OK, and you can pause at any time.

We coach you through a simple Keep / Donate / Decide later system, clear the clutter, deep clean, and help you get safe use of your rooms back.

Kitchens • Bathrooms • Floors • Laundry backlog • Odour removal • Sanitizing

When you are living with depression, anxiety, burnout, illness or overwhelm, everyday cleaning can feel impossible. That is nothing to be ashamed of. Our team arrives discreetly, works without judgement, and gets your home fresh, safe and comfortable again.

We know the right tools and products for a true deep clean, and we can return for regular maintenance visits so the progress lasts.

Senior Home Support

Senior Home Support

Seniors living at home • Families of aging parents • Moves into assisted living • Regular maintenance visits

When keeping up with a home becomes too much, we help seniors stay safe and comfortable where they are. We also support adult children who are worried about a parent's home, and help with sorting, packing and cleaning for a move into assisted living.

Our team has home support and personal support work experience, so we are patient, respectful and aware of safety, mobility and daily-living needs.

Estate Clean-outs

Sorting keepsakes • Donation and disposal • Furniture and junk removal • Final deep clean

Clearing a loved one's home after a death is hard. We work gently and respectfully with families and executors, set aside documents, photos and keepsakes for you to review, and arrange donation, removal and disposal through our partner hauler.

When the home is clear, we finish with a full deep clean so it is ready for sale, handover or a new chapter.

Housing-at-Risk Cleaning

Quick response • Inspection-ready cleaning • Clutter reduction • Written report for landlords and support workers

Received an inspection notice or a warning from your landlord? You are not alone, and there is still time to act. We respond quickly, work with you and your support worker, and focus first on what matters for the inspection: safe exits and pathways, kitchens, bathrooms and fire safety.

With your consent, we provide a written report of the work done that you can share with your landlord, housing provider or case manager.

Safety-first cleaning • Pest and hygiene awareness • Concerns flagged in our report • Referral to licensed specialists

Our team is trained to recognize signs of pests, hygiene concerns and safety risks such as blocked exits or fire hazards. We clean safely with proper protective equipment and note any concerns in our written report, so families and care teams can act early.

We are not a licensed biohazard remediation or pest control company. When specialist work is needed, we will tell you and refer you to licensed professionals.
